Key Responsibilities
GMP Training &
Compliance (Core Quality Duties)
GMP Training Management: Design, schedule, and execute regular GMP, hygiene, and safety training modules for all factory and laboratory staff.
Compliance Documentation: Maintain flawless, audit-ready training logs, attendance sheets, and employee qualification records as per regulatory standards.
SOP Administration: Assist in drafting, updating, and distributing HR-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and personal hygiene policies.
Audit Readiness: Serve as the HR representative during internal and external regulatory audits (e.g., FDA, WHO, local drug authorities) regarding personnel qualification and training compliance.
Health &
Hygiene Monitoring:
Coordinate annual/bi-annual medical check-ups for plant workers and maintain health certificates required for sterile/non-sterile manufacturing areas.
Human Resources Management (Core HR Duties)
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview technical personnel, including chemists, plant operators, and quality analysts.
Onboarding &
Offboarding:
Conduct smooth induction programs, ensuring current hires complete mandatory safety and GMP briefings before entering production floors.
Payroll &
Attendance:
Oversee the biometric attendance system, manage shift rotations (A, B, C shifts), and process monthly payroll inputs.
Employee Relations: Resolve workplace grievances, manage contract labor compliance, and foster a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
Performance Management: Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process for plant and corporate staff.
Job Requirements &
QualificationsEducation &
Experience
Education: Human Resources (BBA/MBA).
Experience: 2 to 5 years of HR experience specifically within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Technical &
Soft Skills
Regulatory Knowledge: Robust familiarity with GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices), Schedule M, or international regulatory guidelines regarding personnel training.
HR Operations: Hands-on experience with payroll software, biometric attendance tracking, and factory labor laws.
Audit Experience: Direct experience participating in pharmaceutical quality audits is a major plus.
Attributes: Exceptional documentation skills, sharp attention to detail, and robust communication skills to train diverse workforces.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
