Role Description
The Owner role at Decode Data Academy is a full time, in office position based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, curriculum direction, and quality assurance for training programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff and instructors, monitoring course delivery and learner outcomes,



and ensuring a high standard of teaching and student support. The Owner will also drive business development efforts, build partnerships with industry and academic stakeholders, and represent the academy at events and in the community. Additional responsibilities include budgeting and financial oversight, setting enrollment targets, and continuously improving the academy’s offerings based on market trends and learner feedback.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in education management, training services, or running an academic or qualified learning center.
Robust understanding of data science and data analytics domains, including familiarity with Python, SQL, and data visualization concepts.
Business leadership skills, including strategic planning, operations management, budgeting, and decision-making.
Ability to build and maintain partnerships with industry, academic institutions, and community organizations.
