Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage medicine procurement for our smart pharmacy operations. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing medicines at the best rates, handling vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate stock and purchase records.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase medicines from stockists, wholesalers, and vendors
Ensure availability of required medicines at all times
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best purchase rates
Verify medicine brands, compositions (generic ethical), and expiry
Ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers
Keep proper purchase, billing, and stock records (Excel/Word)
Follow company purchase policies and processes
Work efficiently under deadlines and pressure
Requirements
Graduate in any field
Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical purchasing
Valuable knowledge of medicine brands compositions




Strong negotiation and communication skills
MS Office knowledge required
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Candidate must have driving license two-wheeler
Preferred Skills
Experience dealing with multiple pharma vendors
Good supplier network in the medicine market
Solid record-keeping and documentation skills
Basic understanding of pharmacy operations
