Role & responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through calls, chats.
Understand customer concerns and provide transparent and accurate solutions.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product and Technology teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Comfortable communicating with customers through calls, emails, and chats.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends when scheduled.
