Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern who is interested in building a career in IT Recruitment. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are welcome.

The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of IT candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Support onboarding and recruitment activities.

Required Skills
0–6 months of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with a strong interest in IT Recruitment can apply.




Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Robust willingness to learn and grow.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, BCA/ MCA or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
