Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and cultural fit.
Source candidates through job portals , social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical expertise, experience, and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts in coordination with HR and management
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and hiring best practices in the IT domain.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data analytics, DevOps, QA).
Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Solid negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting while maintaining attention to detail.
