Performance Marketer – Meta Ads

Quickflo.ai is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can independently manage Meta Ads campaigns for multiple D2C and e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads, e-commerce performance marketing, campaign optimization and scaling. You will be responsible for managing multiple brands simultaneously and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for multiple D2C brands
Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns end-to-end
Set up campaign structures, audiences, pixels, events and conversions
Conduct audience research and identify new targeting prospects
Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversions
Manage and optimize campaign budgets across multiple brands
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPA
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives,



ad copies and campaign structures
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Identify winning creatives and communicate creative requirements to the design team
Monitor daily campaign performance and take corrective actions
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for brands
Track sales, revenue, spend and overall advertising performance
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies
Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, algorithms, targeting changes and best practices
Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet performance targets

Requirements:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads
Proven experience managing multiple D2C/e-commerce brands
Robust understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM
