Job Description: Product Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Ayurvedic Products)Position Overview

Dr. BSK’s Indo German is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Product Sales Executive to promote and drive the sales of our premium range of Ayurvedic and Herbal products. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product advantages to prospective clients/customers, closing sales, and expanding our customer network. Key Responsibilities
Product Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell Dr. BSK’s Indo German Ayurvedic and herbal products to retail customers, distributors, healthcare practitioners, and wellness stores.
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, WhatsApp, social media, and local networking.
Product Knowledge: Understand product formulations, perks, and usage to clearly explain them to prospective clients and address their health/wellness queries.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors to ensure repeat orders and brand loyalty.
Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights regarding our Ayurvedic products to help refine our sales and marketing strategy.
Reporting: Maintain regular sales logs, follow up on leads, and report daily sales activities to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Ayurvedic, FMCG, Pharma, or OTC sales (Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply).
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Hindi/English.
Product Understanding: Basic interest and knowledge of Ayurvedic/herbal products, health, and wellness.
