JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS & FINANCE EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COLLECTIONS

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing finance company.

The candidate will be responsible not only for day-to-day accounting and financial operations but also for developing new clients, managing existing clients, following up on payments, and improving collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Track client loans, payments, outstanding amounts, and collections.
Follow up with clients for timely payments.
Maintain accurate daily collection and outstanding reports.
Identify and approach potential new clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
Evaluate basic client/business information before onboarding current customers.
Coordinate with the field and collection team.
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and collection reports.




Help management identify opportunities to increase business and improve cash flow.
Maintain complete confidentiality of company and customer financial information.

REQUIREMENTS:
High level of honesty and trustworthiness is essential.
Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and collection skills.
Ability to identify and bring new customers/business.
Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Previous experience in finance, lending, microfinance, collections, banking, NBFC, or accounts will be an advantage.
