About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization.
This is a pure recruitment-focused role. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer closure, with a robust understanding of how to identify the right talent for a quick-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirement to candidate joining.
Understand hiring requirements, role expectations, team structure, and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and other relevant channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against defined hiring criteria.
Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and leadership.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive salary discussions, negotiations, reference checks, and offer closures.
Follow up with selected candidates through the notice period and ensure successful joining.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Proactively map and identify talent in relevant industries and competitor organizations.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
Maintain a talent pool for recurring and critical positions.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand business and manpower re
