Visual Merchandising Intern – Brief

Role: VM Intern | Brand: KALKI Fashion

Role Overview

Support the Visual Merchandising team across creative development and on-ground execution, helping maintain KALKI’s premium visual identity across stores.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in window displays, mannequin styling, store zoning, product presentation and visual storytelling.
Support creative concepts, mood boards, layouts, props and VM presentations.
Assist in campaign launches, POSM placement and VM docket execution across stores.
Conduct store visits and support VM audits, execution checks and visual corrections.
Coordinate with VM, Retail, Merchandising and vendors for smooth execution.
Maintain VM props, materials and display inventory.
Capture and share store execution photographs and weekly VM reports.
Ensure brand standards, display hygiene and visual consistency are maintained.

Ideal Candidate

Creative, detail-oriented, fashion-conscious and willing to work hands-on in both design and store execution. Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/CorelDRAW or similar design tools is an advantage.
