FEET & YARD is a growing real estate company helping customers find the right property investment and purchase opportunities. We’re looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources
Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budget
Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and payment plans to customers
Conduct property site visits and guide prospective buyers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into bookings
Negotiate and support clients throughout the sales process
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups,



and sales activity
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay current on market trends, property prices, and competing projects

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
Positive, self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-oriented approach
Basic real estate knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
