- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
Exposure to selling training programs, software solutions, or technical services is a plus.
Basic knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS, CAD, or similar tools is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools, email campaigns, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
Willingness to learn technical aspects of the training programs.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify leads through research, databases, and online platforms.
Contact engineering students, academic institutions, and working professionals to promote training programs.
Sales Outreach:
Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective students and specialists.




Provide detailed information about training offerings, course structure, and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.
Consultative Selling:
Understand the career goals and upskilling needs of potential participants.
Recommend suitable training programs based on their requirements.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversions and address queries effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate inquiries.
Collaborate with trainers to understand training modules and incorporate value points into sales pitches.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
Analyze feedback from prospects and suggest improvements to enhance the sales process.
