Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse for order processing and dispatch.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Generate leads and follow up on pending inquiries and quotations.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Assist customers in selecting suitable hardware products and display solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
Maintain product displays and ensure updated information on recent products and offers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
