Jewellery Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years in Jewellery

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery products.
Assist customers in selecting products based on their budget and preferences.
Handle showroom sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales service.
Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom standards.
Assist with billing, stock handling and inventory management.
Maintain good knowledge of jewellery designs, purity, pricing and making charges.

Requirements:




2–3 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond and jewellery products.
Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
Knowledge of local language and English preferred.
12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
