Guest Relations – 7-Star Restaurant | Key Responsibilities

Welcome and professionally engage with VIP/HNI guests.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and personalized service.
Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special occasions.
Coordinate with F&B; and operations teams for smooth service.
Maintain guest preferences and build robust relationships.
Ensure 7-star hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
