We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for the Personal Loan process. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining Personal Loan products, handling objections, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Understand customer financial requirements
Explain Personal Loan features, eligibility, EMI and applicable terms
Handle customer queries and objections
Follow up with interested customers
Convert leads into loan applications
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and lead records

Eligibility Criteria




Graduation is mandatory
Maximum age: 28 years
CIBIL Score: 700+
Freshers and candidates with relevant sales/telecalling experience can apply
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
Willing to work from Viman Nagar, Pune

Salary & Incentives Gross Salary: ₹20,500 per month
