SGM Group is a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a \Digital Marketing professional\ who can take ownership of our online presence, lead generation, campaigns, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.

Manage and grow the company's presence across \Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms\*.

* Plan, create and manage engaging content, campaigns, reels and social media creatives.

Handle and optimize \Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns\*.

* Generate and optimize quality leads for real estate projects.

* Monitor campaign performance,



CPL, conversions, engagement and ROI.

* Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution.

* Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify new digital prospects.

* Manage website/landing page content and coordinate for SEO improvements.

* Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms and best practices.

Requirements\ years of relevant experience\ in Digital Marketing.

3 years of Robust knowledge of \Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation\*.

* Hands-on experience with digital campaign planning and performance analysis.

* Positive understanding of social media content, trends and audience engagement.

* Strong analytical and communication skills
