Hi! We’re hiring for an Inside Sales Intern to support our Recruitment & Staffing business.

Role: Inside Sales Intern

Experience: Freshers / Students / Recent Graduates

Work Mode: Work From Home

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
Research Pune-based and Indian companies for hiring requirements.
Connect with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to identify recruitment needs.
Generate and qualify leads for Permanent & Contract Staffing.
Schedule meetings and support the Business Development team.
Maintain leads, follow-ups, and pipeline data in CRM.
Use AI tools for prospecting, research, and personalized outreach.

Interest in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or Staffing.
Comfortable with calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
