US Market Sales Representative / Telecaller – Night Shift

Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated candidates to join our team as a US Market Sales Representative / Telecaller and work with an international US client.

This is a excellent prospect for graduates, MBA freshers, and candidates with telecalling or sales experience who want to build a career in International Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers/clients in the US market.
Communicate professionally and confidently with US customers.
Explain products and services clearly and address customer queries.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Positive English speaking and listening skills.
Telecalling, BPO, International Calling,



Inside Sales, or Sales experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Graduates and MBA freshers are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable working in the US night shift.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to communicate professionally with US customers.

Healthcare experience is NOT mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
