Role & responsibilities

Property & Facility Management
Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the studio premises and banquet halls.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, and external vendors for repairs and upkeep.
Monitor infrastructure, utilities, equipment, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain inventory of assets, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Studio & Banquet Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of TV serial shooting locations and banquet halls.
Coordinate with production houses, event organizers, and clients for bookings and facility usage.
Ensure readiness of shooting sets and event venues as per client requirements.
Monitor scheduling, occupancy, and utilization of studio and banquet facilities.
Handle operational issues and provide quick resolutions to clients and stakeholders.

Client Relationship & Business Coordination
Attend incoming calls, enquiries, and booking requests professionally.
Conduct site visits (Recce)



for prospective clients and effectively showcase the property's features and advantages.
Prepare quotations, proposals, booking confirmations, and related documentation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with production houses, event organizers, agencies, and corporate clients.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Administrative Responsibilities
Manage administrative records, contracts, agreements, licenses, and statutory documentation.
Maintain booking registers, client databases, vendor records, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with accounts for billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Team Management
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
