Role & responsibilities
Focus on expanding organization market presence, establishing solid relationship with customers and achieving sales target
Acquire recent customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Achieve loan sourcing, login, disbursement, and ENR targets.
Cross-sell liabilities, insurance, and other banking products.
Monitor portfolio health, renewals, PDDs, and portfolio triggers.
Minimize NPA slippages and support recovery efforts.
Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, and Bank guidelines.
Track performance and support business growth initiatives.
