What were looking for:

We need a strong B2B Sales Skilled with 5+ years of proven experience who can independently generate current business, acquire international clients, build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and successfully close deals.

This is not just a team-management position. The selected candidate will be actively involved in sales and revenue generation while also leading and developing our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert international B2B leads
Acquire current overseas clients and business opportunities
Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations & deal closures
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
Lead, train & mentor the sales team
Improve team performance and conversion rates
Develop strategies for international market expansion
Build long-term relationships with international clients
