About the RoleMeritshot is looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads effectively.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records.




Build strong relationships with prospective learners.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, EdTech, or related fields is an advantage.
