· Writing Cash / Bank & Petty Cash Vouchers

· Writing Cash & Bank Receipts in Receipt Book

· Tracking & maintaining (OUTWARD / INWARD GATE PASS & DC's checking whether Invoiced or not.

· Filing of all correspondence & maintaining all files

· Preparing TALLY SALES INVOICES respectively checking the Invoices GST Tax with Tally Tax.

· Maintaining Stationery / Pantry Stock &Restroom; Liquids

· Month end Preparing Book debits based on Trial balance

· Month end Checking Sales & Purchase bills with Tally & Outstanding payment follow up and sending reminders.

· Preparing PO's & Tracking every INWARD material received as per PO’s Quantities or not if any shortage of material will be noted.

· Maintaining GRN bills in excel sheet

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
