We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with international travel-related queries over voice calls.
Handle customer requests related to travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide accurate information regarding travel services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle service-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professionalism and excellent communication during customer interactions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.




Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 12 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Candidates should be willing to work from Gurgaon.
Prior experience in a travel, airline, hospitality, or international customer service process will be an advantage.
