To support the Sales Coordinator and sales team in day-to-day sales operations, reporting, order processing, team coordination, and cross-functional activities, ensuring smooth and timely execution of sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for regular updates, requirements, and follow-ups.
Handle order entry and order processing in the sales application/system.
Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Dispatch, Purchase, and other departments for timely execution of sales activities.
Maintain and update sales data, records, and trackers.
Assist in monitoring orders, pending requirements, dispatches, and other sales-related activities.
Support the Sales Coordinator in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and data.
Follow up with concerned team members/departments to close pending activities.




Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be active, smart, proactive, and quick in execution.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and departments.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS, sales support, or a similar role preferred.
Freshers with solid Excel and communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
