Due Diligence: Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
Investigation & Screening: Investigate system-generated alerts and screen entities using compliance tools like World-Check or LexisNexis for PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and adverse media.
Reporting: Document and escalate suspicious activities or file reports (SAR/STR) following regional regulatory guidelines.
Targets: Meet monthly quality and productivity metrics while adapting quickly to updated risk frameworks
