We are hiring for our reputed client for the role of International Voice Process.
Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Perungalathur, Chennai
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full time
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries and issues within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate customer and call-related records.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
6 Months – 2 Years of experience in International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support / Telecalling.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to handle international customers professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Willingness to work from the Perungalathur, Chennai location.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
