We are looking for candidates who can handle international customer calls and provide effective customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls.
Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in International Voice, BPO, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work from Perungalathur, Chennai.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
