Generate leads, conduct customer presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Prepare sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling products and services.

Marketing & Customer Development
Build solid relationships with hospital administrators, purchase departments,



infection control teams, and facility managers.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Participate in exhibitions, healthcare conferences, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Collections & DSO Management
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
Monitor customer receivables and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Resolve billing and payment-related issues in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure collection targets are achieved without affecting customer relationships.

Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
Ensure timely renewal of biomedical waste service agreements.
