Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and skilled
Guest Relations Executive
to join our Sales Experience Center at Kollur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers and visitors at the Sales Experience Center.
Manage front desk operations, visitor registrations, and inquiries.
Coordinate with the Sales team for customer appointments and meetings.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.




Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service.
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
