Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Assist guests with registration, room allocation and key handling.
Provide accurate information about the resort, facilities, services and local attractions.
Handle guest requests, enquiries and complaints professionally.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of guest requirements.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the PMS as required.
Handle room reservations, modifications and cancellations as assigned.
Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status and guest requirements.
Coordinate with F&B;, Engineering, Concierge and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements when required.
Handle telephone calls, messages and guest correspondence professionally.
Maintain proper billing and payment procedures.
Assist with cash handling and shift closing procedures as required.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Promote resort facilities,



experiences and relevant services.
Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette and professional conduct.
Follow Front Office SOPs, safety procedures and hotel standards.
Participate in shift briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
6 months –2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel, resort or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
Freshers with relevant hospitality qualifications may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and Front Office operations.
Solid guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified grooming.
