The Chance

We are looking for
proactive and detail-oriented professionals
to join our team as
Lead Generation Executives
. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in B2B sales, lead generation, client engagement, market research, and international business.

As part of the team, you will support account management and business development initiatives by engaging with existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, generating qualified leads, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.





What You’ll Do

Account Reactivation
Follow up with existing and dormant customers.
Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate and qualify B2B leads through prospecting and research.
Conduct research across international B2B industries.
Identify potential prospects and new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Sales & Account Support
Support the Account Management team with client engagement activities.
Conduct calls and follow-ups with existing clients.
Assist in identifying opportunities that can contribute to business growth.

Who We’re Looking For
Education:
BBA / MBA
Experience:
0–1 Year
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
