Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web design principles, UI/UX basics, and responsive design. You will work closely with developers and the design team to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing website layouts and web pages.
Create responsive designs compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Convert design concepts into clean and user-friendly web interfaces.
Work with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to implement designs.
Create and edit graphics, banners, icons, and other web assets.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain consistency in colors, typography, spacing, and overall brand guidelines.
Improve existing website designs based on feedback and usability requirements.
Stay updated with current web design and UI/UX trends.

Required Skills
6 months to 1.5 years of experience in web designing.
Valuable knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.




Basic knowledge of JavaScript and responsive web design.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of cross-browser and mobile-responsive design.
Valuable understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Solid attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have
Basic knowledge of Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks.
Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO-friendly web design.
Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.

Education Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
