UK&Co; is a management consulting firm with over three decades of experience. We work primarily with FMCG organisations in the private sector, focusing on family-managed businesses that are regional market leaders with robust commitments to product quality and people.

We're not a research team. We're a newsroom for the businesses that built this country.

UK&Co; helps small and medium family businesses scale and builds the thought leadership around why they matter to India's economic story. We're looking for a Research Associate / Manager with an

investigative journalism instinct: someone who chases a thread until it unravels into a story nobody else was telling.

What you'll work on
Industry Deep-Dives
— Consumer goods, foundries, manufacturing, retail. Research that directly

shapes strategy for the businesses we work with daily.
Government of Karnataka Think Tank Work
— Contributing to reports on the Trillion Dollar Economy,

jobs, the gig workforce, and healthcare policy. Research with a direct line to public policy.
A Content Portal, Built from Scratch
— Podcasts,



blogs, and sharp reports for our partner businesses — including how shocks like war ripple through specific industries. Real creative ownership, not a template calendar.

• Background in investigative journalism, research, or policy analysis

• Genuine curiosity about family businesses and India's economic engine room

• Equally comfortable with hard data and compelling storytelling

• Wants a career in research, not a pit stop

• Self-starter — this function is being built, so you'll shape it
