Hiring: Institutional Sales Manager – Government / Defence / Drone

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 5–12 Years

CTC: ₹15–18 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive government and institutional business across defence, security, surveillance and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop business with Government Departments, Police, CAPF, PSUs and other institutional clients
Identify and generate recent government/institutional sales prospects
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Handle Government Tenders, GeM, RFPs and e-procurement
Build and maintain relationships with senior government and institutional stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations
Develop opportunities in UAV/Drone, Surveillance, Safe City and ICCC solutions




Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial proposals
Manage sales pipeline, revenue targets and key accounts
Build long-term government/institutional partnerships

Ideal Candidate
Solid Government / Institutional / B2G sales experience
Existing exposure to Government, Defence, Police, CAPF or PSU ecosystem
Experience in solution selling / system integration
Strong business development and client acquisition capability
Hands-on exposure to GeM, tenders and RFPs
Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel for government/institutional meetings

CTC: ₹15–18 LPA Candidates with only tender documentation/back-office experience and no direct sales or business development exposure will not be considered.
