Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
Prepare complete working drawings, detailing drawings, and execution drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
Visit project sites regularly and ensure accurate execution as per drawings
Handle in office queries and provide timely technical solutions
Ensure projects adhere to design intent, quality standards, and timelines
Prepare drawings and documentation as per local regulations and project requirements
Assist in material selection and ensure correct application during execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across Mumbai

Skills & Technical Requirements
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office




Ability to produce accurate working drawings and construction details
Practical understanding of site execution and coordination
Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Candidate Profile
B.Arch degree from a recognized institution
2+ years of relevant architectural experience
Agile personality with a professional approach
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to explore, experiment, and adopt innovative design solutions
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
