Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Beautician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of beauty and grooming services, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality treatments while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional beauty and grooming services to clients.
Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other salon treatments.
Provide skincare and beauty consultations based on individual client requirements.
Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products to clients.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of all tools and workstations.
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Assist junior beauticians and guide them on service standards and techniques.
Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques.




Support the salon team in achieving service and sales targets.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Beautician Course, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Beautician/Senior Beautician in a salon, beauty clinic, or spa.
Positive knowledge of skincare, hair removal, manicure, pedicure, and beauty treatments.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and skilled grooming.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
