BiE Beauty is a quick-growing beauty brand focused on creating innovative, high-quality skincare and beauty products. We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale our digital marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on \Meta (Facebook & Instagram)\ and \Google Ads\*.

* Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

* Research target audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

* Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

* Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.

* Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling based on performance.





* Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Basic understanding of \Meta Ads Manager\ and \Google Ads\*.

* Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

* Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Prior experience with digital marketing certifications or personal projects is a plus.
