Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis while gaining practical exposure to various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial transactions.
Support statutory compliance activities, including GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements and clarifications.




Assist in internal and statutory audit activities.
Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Perform financial analysis and provide relevant information to the management.
Undertake other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility
CA Fresher / Recently Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
