We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our energetic
team. In this role, you will focus on full-stack development, working on creative solutions
that drive our research initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
including product management, design, and leadership, to deliver high-quality software that
meets the needs of our users and drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable & performant web applications using React
for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into
technical specifications and implement features that enhance user experience.
Implement robust back-end services using Node.js and SQL/NoSQL to support
interactive dashboard functionalities and data management.
Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Utilize React to create responsive and engaging front-end components that enhance
user experience.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, primarily AWS, ensuring high
availability and security.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow in
their roles.
Contribute to the development of reports and other analytical tools to support
research initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our
technology stack.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field.
2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a solid focus on building
interactive web applications.
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, includ
