Key Responsibilities
Daily Restaurant Operations
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed during all operating hours.
Team Management
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular briefings.
Handle staff discipline and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Collect and review customer feedback.
Build solid relationships with regular and corporate customers.
Sales & Revenue
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor restaurant sales and identify prospects to increase revenue.
Promote special offers, events, and promotional activities.




Monitor average guest spending and table turnover.
Cost & Inventory Control
Control food, beverage, manpower, and operational costs.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/store department.
Reduce wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary expenses.
Conduct regular inventory and stock checks.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor kitchen and restaurant cleanliness.
Ensure proper food storage, handling, and temperature control.
Maintain required hygiene and safety records.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Monitor daily cash handling and billing procedures.
Verify daily sales reports and cash/card/online payment settlements.
Maintain operational records and prepare management reports.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
Coordination
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Purchase, Stores, HR, Accounts, and
