About the Role

Own end-to-end financial tracking for a quick-growing mental health practice.

Responsibilities
Track every session against payment status (paid / unpaid / PWYW-tier)
Follow up with clients on pending payments (calls / WhatsApp/ Email)
Generate and send invoices
Reconcile bank/payment gateway records against session logs daily
Tag and categorize all incoming transactions
Flag anomalies (tier mismatches, duplicate payments, no-shows without follow-through)
Maintain and improve existing invoice tracker/Sheets systems

Requirements
BCom (or equivalent); 1–3 yrs bookkeeping/accounts experience
Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Solid Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivots, basic formulas)
Comfortable doing client-facing payment follow-up, not just backend entry
Bonus: exposure to subscription/recurring billing or healthcare billing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
