Position Overview:

The Manager – Donor Relations Management will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic institutions and other relevant stakeholders to support BJS’ mission and programmes.



The role combines strategic engagement, relationship management, proposal development, impact communication and effective coordination across functions to drive resource mobilization and deepen partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Partnership Strategy & Outreach:

¨ Research, identify and engage potential partners whose priorities align with BJS’ mission, programmes and impact goals.

¨ Support development of tailored engagement strategies for prospective donors.

¨ Assist in developing high-quality concept notes, proposals, partnership decks and budgets for effective donor engagement.

(b) Donor Engagement & Relationship Management:

¨ Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective donor partners.

¨ Coordinate meetings, presentations and follow-up conversations with all stakeholders to progress partnership engagements.
