MS Administrator – Skilled Services; Captivate Prime Overview Captivate Prime is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to join the Captivate Prime LMS Team. Captivate Prime is Learning Management System (LMS), and we are looking for candidates who have a desire to make an impact in the learning and development domain to join our team based out of Bengaluru, India. To succeed, you will need a proven ability to: • Manage multiple instances of an LMS • Advise stakeholders on the setup and management of LMSes • Provide basic troubleshooting of LMS activities; including content, SSO, and APIs • Work with multiple stakeholders to manage tasks and expectations • Work independently to perform own tasks while providing periodic updates to leadership • Manage multiple client relationships – especially working remotely from Learning Managers to CLOs and Directors • Present complex information in a explicit manner,



both written and verbal What you’ll do: In this role, you will be responsible to: • Perform LMS administrative tasks; these include (but are not limited to) • Manage users (Add, Delete, Modify) • Manage user enrollment • Setup learning setting (Branding, email templates, etc.) • Run ad-hoc reports, and setup recurring reports as required • Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire) • Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management, badges) • Liaison with other stakeholders and participate in learning strategy rollout • Advise authors on managing learning objects • Assist with integration of Prime into 3rd party solutions, headless LMS integrations and more • Liaison with internal stakeholders to discuss potential enhancement requests • Demonstrate expertise and provide advisory service on the setup and management of LMSes • Respond to technical, procedural or functional questio
