IT Engineer (AWS)

Experience: 2–3 Years | Location: Goa | Type: Full time

We are looking for an IT Engineer with AWS, Office 365, and basic AI knowledge to manage internal IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage users, devices, IT systems, and access.
Support AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.
Manage Office 365/Microsoft 365, accounts, licenses, and email.
Handle onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
Manage backups, security, patches, and system updates.
Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors.
Explore and support the use of basic AI tools for IT productivity and automation.

Requirements
3 -4 years of IT Support/System Administration/Cloud Support experience.
Hands-on AWS knowledge.
Valuable knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Office 365.
Basic understanding of AI tools and concepts.
Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
AWS certification is a plu
