About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead large-scale teams, oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for international markets, and drive business expansion through client acquisition and relationship management.

Business Growth & Strategy
Define and execute market-specific recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.




Expand our UK & EU footprint by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve financial and operational objectives.
Manage P&L;, budgeting, and forecasting for international recruitment operations.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to ensure sustained growth.
Acquire current clients across the UK & EU, diversifying our service portfolio.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering workforce solutions tailored to their needs.
Lead contract negotiations and service agreements to maximize long-term business value.

Recruitment Delivery & Operations
Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements across multiple sectors.
Implement effective recruitment processes and maintain high-quality standards.
