Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage and support IT infrastructure across our all branches in India. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure, along with basic software/application knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Manage computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT hardware.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Provide IT support to all branches and coordinate with local IT vendors.
Handle IT asset management, procurement, AMC, and vendor management.
Provide basic support for Windows, Microsoft Office, email, ERP/TMS, and other business applications.
Manage backups, antivirus, user access, and basic IT security.




Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements
4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure/support.
Robust knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Experience in managing IT operations across multiple locations.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of servers, cloud applications, and cybersecurity.
Positive communication and vendor-management skills.
Logistics/transportation industry experience will be an advantage.
IT/Computer Science degree or diploma preferred.
