Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a smart, polished and highly professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with prior experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,



solid organizational abilities and a confident, well-groomed personality. She will work closely with the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing his schedule, meetings, correspondence, follow-ups and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants and other key stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role requiring maturity, discretion, professionalism and the ability to represent the Managing Director effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments and daily schedule.
Coordinate and prioritize meetings with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, MOMs and other management documents.
Follow up with various departments and project teams on tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Maintain a tracker of significant decisions, commitments, deadlines and follow-ups.
